Other Information & Additional Charges
| Job Confirmation | Type of services are determined based on what time the jobs are confirmed and weather document or items are ready for collection at time of call. |
| Job Cancellation | For job cancellation 10 minutes upon confirmation and before the arrival of dispatch Rider/driver at collection location 50% of service charge will apply. For job cancellation upon the arrival of dispatch rider/driver at collection location, 100% of service charges will apply. |
| Work Processing Charge | A surcharge of $5 in addition to the above mentioned rates will apply to any job which requires processing work or changing of passes to access some areas or buildings for every 15 minutes or part thereof. (e.g. Airport Cargo Complexm Banks, Foreign Embassies, Jurong Island, Sentosa and all Government Restricted Areas etc.) |
| Restricted Area Entry | Authorisation remains the consigner's responsibility. Delays due to access security requirements will not be the fault of Alpha Couriers. |
| Waiting Time | Maximum waiting time is 5 minutes after which a minimum surcharge of $2 for every excess 5 minutes or part thereof will apply. Ability on duration of waiting will solely depend on availability of dispatch rider/driver. |
